REACHING OUT IN GRACE
At Grace Episcopal Church, we seek to express the love of God through worship, service to the community and caring for one another. Each in our own way, we use our gifts to share the inner light of God with others, recognizing that each and every human being is beloved of God.
We support a wide range of ministries that provide opportunities to participate in worship services, minister to homebound church members, take part in outreach to the greater Washington County community, and enjoy the fellowship of other church members.

Grace members Marcia Burchstead and Dennis Holland host a Grace table at St. George’s Pride Fair.
Through our ministries, we walk our Christian journey, grow in the knowledge and love of God in Christ, and deepen and enrich our relationships with each other.
Our ministries are organized in accordance with the LIFE @ Grace model:
- Liturgy
- Instruction
- Fiscal
- Evangelism
Each member of the Bishop’s Committee serves as a liaison to one of the ministry categories to facilitate increased communication and coordination between all facets of our church life and ministries.
If you are interested in learning more about any of these ministries or, better yet, would like to actively participate in them, just contact one of the Liaisons listed by emailing office@demo.gracestgeorge.org and typing the ministry and liaison name in the subject line. We would love to hear from you!
